This policy explains refund and cancellation handling for AllBasic SaaS subscriptions, credit packs, AI generations, API access, and other digital services.
Because AI processing and third-party infrastructure costs can be incurred immediately when customers generate outputs, refund eligibility depends on purchase type, usage, delivery status, and applicable law.
First-time subscription refund requests may be reviewed within 7 days if usage has not materially started. Unused credit packs may be reviewed within 7 days. Consumed credits, completed AI outputs, processed API calls, and delivered custom work are generally not refundable.
Customers may cancel subscription renewal for future billing periods. Cancellation does not automatically refund already-used credits, completed AI processing, or the active billing period unless required by applicable law or confirmed platform error.
